In Stock: Items shown as In Stock will be on their way to you the next working day at the latest.  We often try to post things the same day but this isn't always possible.  

 

Available On Demand: Items showing Available On Demand are items that we don't currently have in stock but we can get them.   Most of the time these items can be sent to you within four working days but this isn't a guarantee especially during busy periods or public holidays (e.g. over Christmas and New Year).   If you would like a specific timescale for an item, please feel free to message us through our Contact section.  Please also contact us if you are looking for something but you couldn't find it on the site. 

In very rare cases we may have to cancel and refund these orders if we aren't able to source them. 

 

Pre Order: Items shown for Pre Order will have a release date shown with them.  These are items we will have in stock upon release and will send out as soon as possible after that. 

In very rare cases we may have to cancel and refund these orders if we aren't able to source them.  In these cases we would give you as much notice as possible and process the refund as quickly as possible.  To help avoid disappointment please place your order as early as possible.

 

General Terms 

We only ship within the UK.

If you buy multiple items at the same time they would all be shipped in one package.  Meaning even if something is shown as In Stock it wouldn't be sent until all the items from your order were available.  

If you ever need something in a rush, please feel free to message us.  We always reply as quickly as possible and would try to help as much as we can. 

Returns Policy:

If you change your mind about a purchase we will allow you up to 30 days to return the product.  It must be in undamaged, completely unopened and in the original wrapping as received.  You will be responsible for cost of returning the item in the same condition that we sent it.  If a return does not meet these requirements we will not accept it. 

Damaged or Faulty Goods:

If you have received a faulty or damaged item you must inform us within 30 days of receiving the order. We will then offer a suitable resolution at no cost to yourself. 

Special note: Damaged cards inside blind packed products like Booster packs.

In the event that a particular card is damaged inside a pack, we will only be able to replace the booster pack as being faulty (the product purchased) and not the individual cards inside. In the rare event this happens to you, you could benefit by contacting the manufacturer first for a replacement card, but note they have no duty to do so.
